Our drip coffee has never had a price.

Since the day we opened, it’s been Name Your Price.

Why? Because when we say “everyone has a seat at the table” we want that to show up in the way we actually operate—not just in the words we use.

Pay $1. Pay the typical price. Pay a little extra for the person who can’t today. There’s no wrong answer, no explanation needed, and no judgment from the person behind the register.

We know being asked “What would you like to pay?” can feel a little awkward the first time. 😅 But we mean it: pay what you want!

It’s a small way we try to practice two values that matter deeply to us: Justice & Compassion. ☕🫶

In part 1, you saw us sample roasting a new coffee from Brazil! This is part 2, where we “cup” the coffee that we roasted.

Cupping is a way to neutrally taste all coffees. Grounds in a cup, hot water poured over, break the crust, slurp off the top. No machines, no milk, nothing for the coffee to hide behind. Same grind, same water, same timing every time — so the only thing that changes is the coffee. It’s how we make sure every batch tastes like it should.
